People are really good at making me feel like I'm insignificant and not worth talking to. For some reason this kind of thing happens all the time. I send someone an e-mail or message or something and it takes weeks for them to get back, if they do at all. I'm waiting on 3 e-mails right now, and they're all kind of time sensitive. It's just really annoying.
I just feel like if someone takes the time to message you about something important, it's courteous to respond, even if it's to say something the receiver wont like.
Just grow a pair and hit send, or I'll take my business elsewhere.

Kick their asses! But yeah I totally get you I have customers who wait 2-3 weeks to answer an email, and then complain when things are late...
