damn I am gonna miss living in this house. the one good thing about having to move (the house is being sold) is that I have the place to myself for over a month. this means I can fall asleep at like 5:30pm like today (fuck up my program tomorrow) go in the hot-tub at 1am and make pasta at 2 in the morning. it has been all around a pretty sweet deal. the guy who owns this house spends most of the time traveling with this drag theatre group or at his house in puerta vallarta. he is pretty much not here and the top floor is mine, and I had a roommate downstairs who had a room next to the kitchen. so he didn't like it when his fuckbuddies came over after work like 3 times a week and I was occasionally using the kitchen. he just freaked out on me one day, but I basically told him to go to hell and now he is gone...yay. i always find myself in a pretty interesting situation here in SF. i think my days in this town may be coming to a close now. i will probably sublet a friend's room in teh mission in sept. so I can finish up some work and that will give me time to think about moving back east. or for somone to pay me some damn money. otherwise I am out.
my best girl Prima has been visiting from miami the past few, so that's been fun. i miss that chick. maybe i will go back to miami in the fall. get the fuck outta here before it starts raining all the time. Prima shot my new profile pic when I was helping her out photographing this Oakland Raiders dude. it was pretty damn hilarious shoot. his producer for some bizarre reason wants to market him as the next calvin klein guy but the dude is BEEFCAKE. some of the shots look cool but he is way too huge for a calvin klein model. most of the shoot was pretty cool, she did a really good job but the last shot just cracked me up when he was lying there in his boxer briefs. she makes a good point that guys are hard to photograph because when they try to look sexy they look totally gay. so you have to wait and catch them at just the right time. who knows I may get some decent money outta this because prima is on vacation and theyre gonna need someone to do retouching and prints.
so I am still not used to the new mac. for some strange reason I can't get the OS system to upgrade which means I couldn't get any new tunes this weekend. it is time for some new tunes. I lost so much shit when my laptop got stolen. I hope that dude gets fucked up the ass the rest of his life. I'm running OS 10.2.8 and the computer doesn't give me an option to upgrade when I go to sys preferences and click on upgrade. if i go to the apple site there's a 10.3.1 upgrade which says that you have to already have 10.3 but there is no 10.3. WTF?! Good thing there is an apple store nearby. with cuties too.
I am digging the mac a lot more now that I have a nice mouse and the graphics tablet. I love having the pen for retouching. NIce investment for $175.
