You know, I NEVER see Chaos as fucking anything up. The problems in my life all issue from myself.

Sorry I ran off so fast. My ride showed up sooner than expected and was quite impatient.

In all honesty I would run for elected office if a) I had the money to spare for the campaign and b) I thought I had an ice cube's chance in hell of winning. But sadly, the chances of me being elected in Alberta are slim. It's a pretty conservative province as a whole and I know that the majority of my personal views conflict with those in power and those who elect them. Ontario just legalized gay marriages. Alberta's premier (like the state governor or whatever) has vowed to fight to keep it from happening in Alberta. The mayor of Edmonton (where I go to school) announced Gay Pride Week yesterday. Because the court ordered him to. He's been rather open about his anti-gay stance. I would refuse to pander to common opinion. I stand for what I stand for. And sadly, that won't win me a great deal of support. But hey, a kid can dream right? Who knows...maybe someday...

Also...Bruce Lee is my freakin' hero.

Yeah, just so. I came away with alot of respect for people who have mullets. I've even been thinking about all the people I've known who had mullets, and rethinking some of their decisions in life that were mullet-based. (ie: "Cut the mullet?! No way, I'll just find a new job.)

I think about going back to school, but having spent eight years in two colleges, I've reached the conclusion that having degrees is nice, but everything I want to learn from here on I can learn under my own steam. Although I always did see myself getting a Masters or maybe even a Doctoral. Who knows. I hope PCC is a good time for you.

I did finish the book. Email me your address and I'll send it to you. I don't think I would recommend you spend money on it, but it's worth the read at least for the shock value.

My take was this...

She definately is "damaged goods" when it comes to mental stability. I think this adds to her abilities as an art critic, as I feel critics are all fucking nuts.

The book is enthralling, at least in it's candor and shock value. Her perspective on life is eye opening, and educational, but after a while it became almost predictable.

I don't want to say too much more, as you should get your own perspective. Maybe we should start a book club and send books all over the country.

You're lucky. Here we only got 6 sunny days the whole month of May. It won't stop raining and warm up!
