So I'm bummed. Sasha - my 14 year old Siameese Kitty. Is now a diabetic. I've got to give her insulin shots in the morning and at night. Not fun for either of us and she really looks like hell.
About 2 weeks ago she starting drinking about 4 cups of water a day
So I finally called the vet on Thursday and she said "can you bring her in NOW" So I really freaked. They kept the cat for the entire day. Put her on a little kitty IV and catheter (what could be more fun that that).
She did look at lot better when I picked her up though. They even shaved her little arm
for the IV.
So... they gave me some special wet food for the cat and her sister (yeah 2 siameese cats) runs to eat it before the sick one can. nice sister! so now we have to lock up cat B so cat A can eat. Man I'm confused.
Well... I better get back to work. I've got too much as it is.

Have you eaten at Dano's yet? They have rockin' italian food and it's right up the road from us.
