Islands - Rough Gem & Creeper

Ah, what classic songs... they have the harmless pop sound yet sport some disturbing lyrics. heh Those damn crafty Canucks! Islands was the last band I saw live waaaay back in '06. Of course the one band I wanted to check out had to happen on the night of the Date From Hell. A long and terrible story full of whinyness and woe.

It taught me to never seriously date 20 year olds. EVER. haha

Anyways, I hope all of your Christmas Chaos isn't too intolerable. There were times it felt like my head would implode, but I survived. Strange thing is, whenever I was at a mall I never saw a single Santa taking requests from the kiddies. One would think that tradition would be alive and kicking, especially now. Hell, now that I think about it, I barely saw children at the malls! Weird.

So... What do you love best about this time of year?
Personally, I love the cold and the concept of using mistletoe to steal kisses from unprepared ladies. Although I never attempted that shit yet. I'm not brave enough.
