Writing, writing, writing. I am really busy writing educational materials at the moment. I am getting some time to run/ride/swim and last week's 10k went ok even though I had been at sea level the week before. Summer seems to have finally arrived after a cool/rainy spring. I love this time of year here, even sitting at the keyboard, I can look out the window at all the green around me.
