well i got a nice shiney new South West Trains train home, not delayed by one second .. actually running early. as one old lady put it - "there is still such a thing as customer service in this day and age"
i get in, the flat stinks, the shower is so filthy you can write whole sentences in it. So, nice trip to reception to wish Jack (the hall manager) happy new year then drag him up to inspect the damage. Apparently they're going to do something about it HURRAH
Now I'm blasting The Prodigy out as loud as my sub will possibly let me ... nyahaha .. they'll clean the place next time. If they can still hear
