I think I might reserve Finland-London-Christchurch flights tomoro. One way only. Leaving in the beginning of January07
Today I realised I am so f**king completely tired of my life(cant really call it life) here in Finland that I need to get out asap (which wont be any sooner than Jan because I got my studies to finish). In one point I was actually thinking of first moving to UK for a while and earning some money but now I have decided to leave directly to NZ..without much savings at all..hmm. I am not sure if this is the smartest idea ever but UK is too cold in January I heard that it is probably snowing here tomoro, probably that also made my decission quicker.lol. seriously I just got no life here, next week I am going to uni, writing my thesis, wed work 14hours, thu 13h and Fri 16h and then go to my parents to help them with moving to a new house over the weekend All this probably still would be okay if I would have some sort of social life out side work and uni..
Past month I have been thinking where I wanna go and looked for jobs so much that my head is gonna explode soon. New Zealand was in my plans for years already but then I really fell in love with Cape Town and South Africa while I was there Anyone who's been there probably understands why. Unfortunately it does not seem that I really can find a job from Cape Town that pays well enough at the moment...so I guess I have to leave my return to SA to some later date I'm bit sad about this since I really love it there.
But one of my best friends will be waiting for me in New Zealand!!! For a change it is nice to move somewhere where you a: already know someone so you are not starting everything from a scratch by yourself b: to know that I can stay in that country for a year if I want to, no moving every 4 or 6 months. hehe, being restless and unstable me you never know what happens sometimes I really wish I could settle down for bit longer time, longer than 6 months at least...
Got still some stuff to sort out before I can apply for my work and holiday visa. First of them being new passport since my last one broke in pieces while I was in Namibia last February. cleverly I still superglued the pages together after that and luckily South African home affairs or any passport control guy did not notice this while I applied for visa extension and travelled back, the passport only broke in pieces again when back in Finland...Another one is that I probably need to go to Xrays so I can show the NZ immigration office that I do not have tuberculosis even if I spend 7 months in SA..hmm..im thinking of not mentioning that i stayed in SA in my visa application but I am afraid that they find that out somehow..the xrays are bloody expensive and only few doctors are accapted to do them for the visa application which means I need to travel to another town for some xrays pics and they can charge what ever they want
Anyways enough complaining!! Here is a picture of my dear friend with jack Daniels in London two years ago.good times that is the last time we've actually seen each other. and that guy was really called Jack Daniels
I miss her so much but she will be in Finland for Xmas and New years, yippee!!
Now I only want my sister to move to NZ as well (im so greedy)! And also find some 4200nzd by january to show that I got money to support my stay in NZ.work work work and more work ahead for next two months I guess, lovely 16hours shifts
EDITED: I booked the flights, leaving Finland 10th Jan to London and from there to Chirstchurch the following day happy happy joy joy

I'm actually moving to Wellington to study next year because I don't like Invercargill that much. It's a nice place but I've been here too long.
