My mother had to have surgery on monday this week on her esophagus. She is going to be out of work for a minimum of three weeks from work and is on a soft food diet. I have had to start back going to the gym yesterday because I have been in a deep depression ever since I figured that I was not going to be able to go into the air force. What finally made me start back was stepping on the scale and it reading 254 lbs. Being out of a job is not helping me be very motivated right now.

I have been sick a lot lately because of the crazy weather feeling like spring one week and than back to freezing the next.

I finally stopped playing World of Warcraft again and that is helping me get back into exercising.

I am about two months into my EMT course right now and am volunteering as a reservist for an ambulance service currently and I get to pick up my key this weekend after being part of the reserves for about six months now. I can not wait to get some on the road practice.
