it's been pretty crazy this past week. been running around trying to deal with the stuff my mom has in storage, then deal with a bunch of family drama, then try to find a van, then comparison shop for car insurance, then more family drama (including an aunt that was just diagnosed with cirrhosis because of her drinking & trying to...

as it stands, the plan is to stay state-side for a few more months before i reconsider south america (which is definitely still on the itinerary). i will be traveling around the pacific NW, busking and dumpster diving, foraging, trapping, making baskets and...

I have quite a few things to add to the list of Things Which I Have Now Done Which I Never Imagined Happening-- towards the top of the list is drinking...

and a happy co-opted pagan festival to you as well! biggrin

it was pretty amazing. about five different Greek pastries that I can't pronounce or remember. Pasachio (kinda Greek lasagna), home made sausages, feta cheese....Melanie brought yummy vegan cupcakes. house was full of people, which tends to put me a little on edge, but it was a pretty good crowd.

Hope your days are as fun. I envy you yourself with your China adventures.
