hope you have another room to temporarily take over, I find that makes cleaning/rearranging much easier (since you can move everything out, clean the room in general, than start moving everything back in).

dude when I first started going to the gym since after I was going in high school, it kicked my ass. But now I bench with one arm what I used to barely do with both.

ahh, waking up late for work. always used to do that. the office opened at 9 AM....I rolled in around 9:30 to 10:00 AM.
but then again, the office would close at 4 PM, I might be out by 5! so we were even!
