All Slack that is pursued is not the True Slack

There is no try, only Slack or Slack not

And Bob said unto the masses, "Fuck 'em if they can't take a joke." And a few did nod, and buy many condoms.

Holy crap. What day is it?

I made the mistake of checking out Everquest 2. You know, as a purely intellectual exercise to remind myself why I hate Online RPGs so much. I think that was Thursday. Besides that little adventure to Dungeon, I've been sitting at home "adventuring" non-stop.

It used to be easier. I actually did hate Everquest. Ultima On-line and Star Wars...

Wow did I have a good time tonight.

Sorry, no pictures, I forgot my camera.

Good music, drunken friends, and lots of lots of beautiful women. I spent a good portion of the night talking to (er, yelling at might be more accurate) Shalome, and watching my friends dance. It was superrocktastic*.

*that's TheSeadog's word, I'm just borrowing it.

Your friends never lie to you? Damn, you are sooo lucky!

I missed dinner at Taco Mesa. I miss everything these days. frown So, you've gone hairless facewise? I'm thinking it might be time for me to nix my goat too.

Yeah, my AIM kinda died recently. (I haven't been on for a while though.) I can sign on, but when I try to type in an IM window, it just beeps at me. blackeyed

I've got the place all to myself for the next two days. So what's the first thing I did? Clean. I did laundry, I washed dishes, I took out the garbage, I cleaned counters, tables, and the stove top. Unfortunately there are sections of the house that have been pretty much pwn3d by the mess. I call these sections the living room. Boxes we never...

there never really is a good time
there's always nothing much to say

This old Dinosaur Jr. track popped up on Winamp tonight, and it fits my mood. Not sleeping, and I have to be up early. Well, early for me anyway. For some reason Ellen is renting a car to go to San Francisco for the weekend. Why isn't she taking her car? I'm...

Post count today is 2323. I'm expecting great, synchronistic things to occure at any moment now.

So here's what happened over the weekend that I think is the most notable. d23 came down from Portland, and we talked about the apartment. I submitted an application on Friday, and now I'm just waiting until my SSI check comes to fax them a copy. Even if they...

I can't believe it's 5am. I just got my sleep schedule back on track, and was looking forward to at least a week of waking up before 10. If I hadn't had so much fun tonight, I'd probably be kind of pissed about it.

But I did have fun. d23, Alley, myself, and some of our friends went to a Brazilian BBQ in...
