I've been spending a lot of time looking at Portland apartments online. I narrowed it down to a top five, and mailed the list off to d23. The moving thing is coming together. If it all goes as planned, I'll be leaving So Cal on February 12th. As soon as I have confirmation of that date, I'm going to see about putting together a farewell party.

There's not much else to report. I'm juggling two books right now (not that kind of juggling, dork. How could I type?): Counter Culture Through the Ages, and Don't Panic: The Official Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Companion. Both are coming along slowly. A few pages here, a few pages there. Don't Panic is in the car, so I read it when I go out to eat. Counter Culture is at home, so I read it before I go to bed. At this rate I should have them done sometime around July. Which is strange, because they're both really good. Whenever I start reading them I'm amazed I haven't read more.

Tonight is The Probe! I've never been this excited about Dungeon before. Tomorrow night I'm going with rasenyrasberry to an art gallery. Sunday I think I'll try and read some more of the counter culture book. Yes, I'm going to dedicate a day to it.
