As far as I know, taking stacker isnt too great for you no matter what. Ive taken Stacker, Xenadrine, and Extreme Trim. What I can definitely say is if you take them on an empty stomach, youre gunna feel like you smoked some crack or something. I figured out that you have to eat something either right before or right after you take it and you feel less jittery. A friend of mine went to her doctor and he prescribed something to her that I think was similar to all those diet pills but I saw a significant change in her in a short period of time. 20 lbs in about a week or 2! Ive also been told to drink LOTS of water and try to get at least a half an hour of exercise a day. Even if you just go for walk around the block and it takes a half hour you should see a difference. Keep me updated on your progress *koz*
