A coworker got a guitar for Christmas. He doesn't play but he wants to learn. Last week we were talking about playing and I mentioned he should bring it i and I can show him a couple of things to get started. The fun part is that there are four of us in the office today who play. Yeah we basically passed the guitar around and the new guy didn't get to lay his own guitar.
We showed him a couple things to get him started. One of the guys showed him that almost all rock songs are some variation of G D A or G D B. The thing we all stressed was get lessons.
I really hope he sticks with it.
