I was telling a few bad jokes at lunch today. My lunch was some Uncle Ben's Wild and Brown rice. I made a joke of "I like my woman like I like my rice" my friend pipes up with "Wild and Brown". I said "nope,wrapped in plastic".
As I'm saying this a couple of coworker walk in behind me. Ouch
Two of them know my sense of humor and laughed. The one junior engineer didn't know what to think of this. She just stared at me and walked through the kitchen.
Oops, after she left one of the ladies said "you know she likes you.....well at least did".
I'm glad that they only heard that joke, the few before that probably would have gotten me fired.
