Our office finally moved into our final and forever office. The company decided to go with an "Open Office" environment, this may look good on paper but it it sucks in practice. My cube now sits perpendicular to the marketing group and with realllllllly low cube walls I cant help but look at them all day. I am friendly with all of them and while talking to a couple of them I said "Hey, I'm not creeping on any of you but you are directly behind my monitors and in my line of sight". I got told it was ok it is what it is.
This afternoon I kept noticing one lady kept turning and looking. I probably shouldn't have said anything because now she's thinking about it. It's weird because we used to sit next to each other and shared a wall but when you add 15 feet and no wall changes things.
