The neighbors woke me up about 2am in yet another fight. I wound up calling the cops when I herd him hit her, while I was on the phone with 911 he yelled at her "I'm gonna kill you" loud enough that the operator heard it as well. the cops showed up in no time and hauled his ass to off to jail.
The John Wayne part of me wanted to go over and just beat the everliving snot out of him, I know that situation just winds up me fighting the two of them so it's just better to let the police handle it.
I just hope that she doesn't refuse to press charges.
