I spent yesterday helping a friend with his new barn. He fired the contractor for being 2 months behind and is going to finish it himself. Being up on a ladder tearing out the framing boards was an adventure. I wound up trading off being on a ladder for running the tamper. Deconstruction I can do construction not so much.
I've been working out so I wasn't too out of shape for this but crawling out of bed this morning I found a whole bunch of muscles that I didn't know I had by their ache.
