this weekend got shafted from the start. I had a date for saturday but she called, her and her daughter are sick(arrrgh). I wound up helping a friend split and stack firewood saturday and on sunday I surprised the girl by showing up with some chicken noodle soup for both of them. This was a welcome surprise and I wound up hanging out and watched Despicable Me (one of my all time favs). I got a text during lunch thanking me and telling me that they are getting better. I got home from work and checked facebook and noticed that all of her girlfriends and her mom have friended me.
I'm going hunting here in a couple of weeks and I realllllllly hope that I didn't catch what they had.
This weekend it's Dr Strange and some romance.
