Nothing like coming home to all the doors and windows open and my sister sitting on the front porch telling me "if you had a bad day don't go in there". we had a little fire in the oven. My brother the fucking genius that he is tried to slow cook some well seasoned onions wrapped in foil with the seam side down it leaked. What ever dripped out managed to set the oven on fire bad enough that my sister had to use the fire extinguisher on it. That explains why the doors where open apparently my sister knew what to do when she saw what was happening but she has really bad aim. I cleaned powder out of other rooms.
I do have to thank a friend of mine for giving me that fire extinguisher. A couple of months ago he came across a dozen fire extinguishers that where past their expiration date but still good. The one he gave me saved my house and I owe him for that.
