Played an excellent show last night and missed the lovely Robin by about 250 feet....heartbreaking, I tell you. I had my share of drama anyway- too many exes/future exes. I would have left them all in the dust if I could have had a simple cup of coffee or a cocktail with Miss R.
Great bar, Plant 51- new owners to a place I used to work at. The bar now sells cheap beer (and 40's!) and has rock bands. When I worked there it was a snobby jazz/latin/swing club....much better vibe, sound system, and punk rock girls now.

Went to a pool today to skate, huge hike to get to it worked me. I had to witness Dave Nelson take a fall from about 12 feet up straight to the head. Bonked it hard. He was OK...could have been fatal. So lucky. End of session.
Bowling tonight I think....white russians. Oat sodas.
Tomorrow is the final day of the Cactus Club here in San Jose. All day rock show with all of the oldest school San Jose bands reuniting and Agent Orange will be headlining...Somebody said that the liquor license expires at midnight, so booze will be flowing for free until it's ALL GONE. Drink the fucking rest....jesus. I wanna meet Tuff and company, but we'll see what happens.
