Weekend was absolutely a strange one.
I slept a ton, drank a little here and there between long naps, did laundry, went grocery shopping (which was LONG overdue) and cleaned my house.
Domesticism...I miss it.
These are all things I've been neglecting for over a month....maybe 2. Especially the sleep part.
No drums...no studio time. I think it was a good break for not only me, but the whole band.
Wednesday through Sunday we go back into the studio to nail vocals....back to rock dork scheduling.
I suppose I haven't been neglecting drinking...
pardon me.
Bicycle work must commence....tonight!
I need a skate or 2 as well. Anyone?
I lost my fucking cell phone again on Saturday....how convienient. I'm sure I have a array of insulting phone messages from my friends just waiting for me to check them. I love that.
It's gotta be around here somewhere.

I used to pick blackberries in Seattle at my great grandmother's house. She lived on a creek and we'd look for 4-leaf clovers and watch the water skeeters slide around among the creek bed rocks.
The creek is gone now, of course, thanks to the gentrification efforts of the universe. But I bet the blackberries are planning their comeback. At anyrate, I'm glad you know you're gonna like my perfume. It hasn't gotten the overwhelming response I was expecting. Hmmmm.
