So I ended up quitting on Sunday and today is day 2...I decided to just go cold turkey...I'm doing okay so I figured why put any nicotine in my body if I don't have to!!! I have my occasional spats of craziness...cuz when I get stressed I usually smoke..well that's not the case anymore...it's hard but I'm going to do it!!! I haven't coughed in 2 days...I can't believe how much I coughed when I smoked!!! Anyway thanks to PuNkNDrUbLiC and wabbittwacks for the advice and comments...you two are great!!! love you all...xoxo!!!!
