ok so i was supposed to leave today for denver with my little dog....and i get all the way to the airport...stand in line for 30 minutes and i get up to the counter and the chick is like "can your dog stand in the carrier?" and i replied, "not all the way" , so she proceeds to tell me that he has to be able to stand up because it a health department rule..blah blah blah!! then she goes into the back to get her manager, she says very rudely "nope not gonna happen". wtf!!!! she all they should have told you that when you made the reservation...but of course they didn't!!! so i paid fucking $400 for a ticket and they won't refund my money!!! omg i never want to punch someone soooo bad!!! so now i'm back home and not going to see my fam for christmas!!! omg i'm soooooo irritated!!!!!!! and the worst part is the manager was a total bitch!!! what the hell is wrong with people!!!!!!! anyway i just needed to vent, so i hope everyone has a better holiday then me!!!
