pretty much the same thing for me, my mum always calls me or my grandma asking for help.. im just like tell me the problem and then i talk them thru it, right now my mum is like you need to fix your sisters PC , im all i need to?
i love them to death, and i tell them the problems and how to advoid it, but it never fails.. i think they just do it to see if i can fix it or not..
i use to have to rebuild my dad's PC repeatedly, i would have it in my room for wks upon weeks, he's all done yet?
and he was the one who worked at intel LOL...
and i was a freshmen in high school..

my ex has the same thing, his 4 other brothers downloaded everything they can, and open every email and download everything in them , and end up getting SO many viruses that cox shuts off there cable LOL until they get rid of the viruses, because it downloads into cox's system as well of course DOH!..
