It's stinking hot outside, and I still managed to run a fast 5k. Two months to Tyler Durden bod? I don't think so, but 'close enough' will cut it.

Now if only I could discipline myself to go for a swim every morning...

My iPod is currently an $800 paperweight. That pisses me off, big time. I have no mobile music, now. Good thing I took the extended warranty, but it's the hassle of getting it fixed that's annoying.

Makes jogging and working out particularly boring.

Oh man, could I ever go for a nice plain ol' club sandwich with fries, right now. Crispy lettuce and bacon, a juicy slice of tomato, thick slices of white-meat turkey, with a dash of pepper and smear of mayonaise...

And then, to wash it down with a tall cold glass of Coke. Yes, please. It's the perfect meal, really.
