pudding

today was a good day. woke up at 10 to the sight of joe standing in the doorway with a mcdonalds bag, sweet. after he left i passed out until 1. got out of be and showered. got a hair cut, went to walmart, went to the pet store and bought hamsters. i now have two hamsters, a brown one named lucky and a grey and white one named kitten. kitten is a spazz and lucky is totally chill. went to work for a couple hours to help out with the birthday party i mentioned yesterday. we were under the impression that the party of 23 would be composed mostly of adults. we were terribly misinformed. half of the group were children, all of which were younger that 10. it was chaos. and noisy chaos at that. they were like little howler monkeys, and their parents could not muster the balls to control them. in addition to that their parents ordered them steak, which is the most expensive and time consuming to cook thing on the menu. of course the kids couldn't eat all that, that is a fuck ton of food even for me. so most of it left in to go boxes. my point is that they bitched about how long it took to get the food out, and we were bringing it out as fast as it was available. there were other customers to be taken care of too, which is namely why i was there, to insure quality of service to everyone not in the birthday party that way they would not go unattended while this party monopolized the waitress. it was crazy. at any rate, it was a good day. i love the hamsters, they are so fucking cute, and they haven't bitten me yet. so last night i got to thinking that i bitch a lot and i always write about what i hate without mentioning some of the things i really love. so i made this list of things that i love, and then a short list of the things that i don't. so here it is.
