As soon as your mouth heals up you'll feel a zillion times better, I promise. I was lucky and got to have the R top and bottom a L top and bottom removed at separate times so I could eat on one side of my mouth. To me, not being able to eat is more painful than the soreness! Hope they start feeling better really soon. You should totally go to grooming school, it seems like it would be a fun job and since you love animals so much it should be perfect.
