Is it wrong to think of yourself as a failure if you've never found success in any of the things that matter most to you, even if you've been fairly successful in things you never did care much about? And what does this say about me?

I'm tired of feeling discontent and watching happiness slip away for no apparent reason. I realise there are and...

I watched Hands on a Hardbody today. Who'da thought you could make a good documentary about a contest like that? Yet they did. Also I'm starting to think my time has come, I'll see how I feel by next week, but... I'm losing interest. Just not a people person I guess.

Yesh, a day off. It's like a holiday: just one day out of life. It will be so nice. What, oh what, should I be doing with these precious twenty-four hours? Not drinking, you shay? You are correct, for I had plenty to drink last night. But what else? What else?

Hi, yes, mission accomplished. I made a good buffet and then I got drunk. Good for me. Thank you. Like you care. Good luck, goodness (for lack of abetter term) bless. Yes. Bye now.

I would not like to be called horse.

Antony Bourdain says a chef should never think he's an artist. But what do I know anyways.. I'm merely a wannabe.

Sheesh. Who wants to loan (better yet give) me the money to buy a new computer? It's going to take me soooOOooo long to save up. Coming up $1800 to move into my new pad is hard enough. Maybe I should find a better paying job? I could learn to do just about anything... biggrin whatever

So, I finally had the brilliant idea to figure out how write chapters of EBoN for all the places and cultures of the huge fantasy novel I'm writing. It works SO. Freakin'. Well. I just come up with a bunch of names that are suitable to a culture's linguistic structure and BAM! I've got an endless supply of names without having to think up any...

In the world of documentaries, American Mullet is second only to Trekkies. What a great film, they had so much to work with; people to mock and ridicule for example, yet they never did. They presented all the mullet-wearers as just the people they were while talking to them about thier hairstyle and what it meant to them. I have alot of respect for...

Completely agree. I went in prepared to laugh at all the mulletheads, and went out surprising myself with newfound respect for them. They truly ARE non-conformists...

Can't have the light without the dark. So true.
prana:
Yes to everything you said in my journal. When it comes to
self-identity, sometimes I feel myself so much that I think
I might disintegrate. But I never seem to, which is grand.
On a lighter note:The Mullet is taking over China! aaaaaa!
