Any fellow vegans/vegetarians around? :)

In the summer I always feel rather lazy to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so I usually order 😅 but tbh I loooove to cook! So today I felt it was time again.

I made some pico de gallo, homemade guacamole, quinoa and Ive made a mexican mix with mock ground beef, black beans and a whole lot of spice! 🌶

what is your favorite food?
