why do i feel so SAD today?

i've had that sick, sad feeling in my stomach- like i get when i feel like i'm about to cry- all day today. i thought i'd feel better if i just went ahead and cried, so i did. i cried and cried and cried. the feeling is still there.

i feel like everyone hates me or is mad at me
like i can't do or say anything right
like i'm ugly and stupid
like everyone misinterprets me
like i'm awful and evil
i feel vulnerable and fragile
everything hurts

maybe i really am a horrible person, but i'm just not aware of it. nobody really thinks they're a bad person. maybe i just need sleep, or music.

i hate myself and i want to die
