Decided to start doing the Murph workout in my time off during this isolation. It's kicking my ass but I think I'm going to see improvement!

Working out is coming along well. Switched from toning and fat burning to a semi-clean bulk. I'm getting used to being sore all of the time because the gains are worth it.

Quick Life update: From June to now I've started lifting weights again and running, as well as eating healthier. I'm down 30 lbs so far, and I'm working on building back muscle I used to have. New car, new lifestyle, new body.
