6 in the morning, and all I can do (since I can't sleep) is sit here and work on guitar riffs. The guys in the band are begging me to write something 'Memphis hardcore' and it's killing me because I can't stand PLAYING that kind of music.
Tuned down 2 and a half steps or whatever, basically just open chords strummed really fast and then a quick little riff on the B string. It's so lazy.
I'm gonna go in there with this new thing I wrote that's a lot better than anything like that, but the tempo is about the same, maybe they'll be cool with it.
