I feel very relaxed and very tense at the same time. Is that possible??????

I spent the morning hanging out at home doing laundry. Then I went to my massage appointment to find out that no one told the therapist they scheduled her an appt. So she wasn't even there. So they called her and she said she would come in later. So I went home and watched Buffy on DVD. Then I went back and got my massage. It was nice but I am still really tense. I need to go see someone who can do deep tissue. Then I went and met my mom at the bridal store to order my veil and her dress. Now I am home.
