Good news:
Things are looking up. The lads are going to be here this weekend. They make me happy. It has been too long since I saw em last. It will be so nice to see people from home.
Bad news:
On the other hand, I have to put my cat to sleep tomorrow. She is very old and has lived a very long life. But it still is sad. I will miss my evil Boo kitty!
And I found out tonight that someone I like (in a non-sexual friend way) who makes me laugh and makes my girlfriend Mist happy is leaving for Iraq tomorrow. That makes me very sad. I want this stupid "war" to end so all my friends can come home!
Valentine's Day recap:
all I can say is that I am glad it is over. I hate the day for non mentionable reasons and have for a long time. But Jas tries to make me smile and does a pretty good job each year. This year brought me a gift certificate to a salon so I can pamper myself... mostly I think it is a BIG hint that it is time to go get waxed again!
Health update:
I am going to the doctor tomorrow for a second opinion. Some of my lab work will be back and I will get results and I decided to pursue more lab work as well to rule out a few more things. I feel like a pin cushion. The phlebotomist knows me by name now. Yuck!
Jas and I talked things over and decided to take the lesser of the evils right now, which does involve taking some drugs that I have been on in the past with bad side effects. However, it is the least invasive of the options and it is a new formula of an old drug so maybe it will work. Or it could turn me into a raving bitch with no sex drive like last time I took it... 
Tomorrow is Friday and for the first time in weeks, I DON'T HAVE TO WORK THE WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!
