Thanks love!

Eh, I used to work retail and totally understand how much Black Friday SUCKS! (In fact, during the christmas rush I accidently tripped over a cord, unplugging and crashing our system. We had to do everything by hand. Needless to say I had to buy drinks for the entire crew after).

Glad to hear you had a great time with the family! Brothers rock.

Man, yesterday was rough. I've had way too much sugar over the past three days, since that Christmas party for work, the ice cream my folks decided to share with us and that giant milkshake. My head was throbbing something terrible. Then when I went to rub my temples, my glasses snapped. Not a good day.

I'm gonna have Christmas off, since it's the only...

I sometimes wonder about the people around here who don't seem to understand the cold. I mean, sure it rarely- if ever- gets too chilly, but I see men and women wear shorts and sandals year round in chilling winds, when it actually snows, in the rain. Is it an incomprehension of seasonal effect? Is it a refusal to adhere to weather standards, a blunt...

I feel that people who wear shorts year round are part of some alien race and I cross the street when I see them coming bc, let's be honest, dressing that way in 20 degree weather is inhuman.

Looking forward to seeing the crafts you come up with and also I might have to check out this show you spoke of.

Awesome!
It's funny you mention being distracted, my friend is convinced I have ADD bc when I go online all else ceases to exist.

Hot outfit! It makes me think of season 4 of Buffy when Willow dresses as joan of arc, good episode.

Ha, my ass ALREADY hurts from shaking it in the mirror. WIsh I would have read your comment before the need for ice.

There's little use in trying to restore control to a situation that's naturally chaos, right? If a situation favors chaos naturally, than chaos would be the control and restoring it to chaos would be restoring it to the control, right? This is how I feel about the Halloween Section at work. The natural state of it is to be pretty jacked up, I mean a...

Computer troubles have been driving me crazy, but everything seems to have worked out for the best, more or less. My old artwork on my old computer is mostly gone, but I've got an old archive somewhere or another where I've got most of the irreplaceable stuff on CD. Plus, the fancy new compute I'm using has all kinds of neat new toys to use...

I had a birthday cake 3 months late. Apparently there was an issue about making it with cookies which causes that ingredient to disappear...fast...into people's stomachs. Still worth the wait. Oddly enough, it was finished right before my dad's birthday. Which is today. But, it's cool. My dad doesn't like cake apparently.

My dad is totally awesome even if he has the corniest sense of...

I would love to live right outside of the city, it's kind of my dream.

Thanks! Yeah, that thread has some fucking idiots in it and I decided to just stay out of it rather than being so angry I want to throw my lap top. It' sad how uneducated some "educated" people are.

So still on my Halloween kick I've decided to do a Joan of Arc costume from scratch. Mostly just a grey sweatshirt, some tights and a hooded tunic made of fabric from the fabric department at work with a spray painted cross on it. Religious, blurring gender lines, potentially insane, it fits me to a T.

At work, they've got me primarily on this late...

Had a cold that lasted the exact duration of my vacation. So, instead of getting out and doing stuff, I ended up staying in and catching up on my video games.

But more importantly, HALLOWEEN! It's officially the season for all those tricks and treats and monster movies. It's a hassle to work with the merchandise because people love to steal, open and screw with...
