Hey everyone,

I finally got a job. Which means there's a chance I can go to the Gathering! I'm excited. It's gonna take some time adjusting to working. I've been partying probably more than I should. Then again I owe it to myself.
I was hired at a really popular/cool/fun/weird place. I think I'm just as nervous as I am excited.

I shot a new set the other day. I had a good time doing it. The final product had a lot more personality than the last set I did. I'm hoping that's enough to get it accepted. It's really frustrating trying to get professional quality photographs when both the model and photographer are amateurs. But I refuse to give up!

Where to start?

I feel I've hit rock bottom...so I'm ready to start going back up. I'm looking forward to Friday. I've been promised some party time.

SG is pretty awesome. I like getting complements...but who doesn't? And I'm looking forward to meeting people. I've never been good at socializing so hopefully I'll learn quickly.

I'm sure you will get along fine. I never thought I was good at socializing either. I just learned that its as much about confidence and bluster as it is anything else.

If you can bs on any subject you can get on with anyone. I've had discussions with taxi drivers about the tennis at Wimbledon despite never having watched a tennis match in my life.

Hello new friend, to get the numbers out of your name you need to edit your screen name, go into your "my sg" page, go into your settings tab at the top of the page and you can change your username from there.

Hello Everyone!

So the first set I submitted has been rejected but I apparently I get a second chance. So I've still got my fingers crossed.

In the mean time I'm learning how to navigate my account. Any ideas on how to get the numbers out of my name?
