Yesterday I spent all day at the beach. The ocean was so nice. I was the only person swimming. I also did some yoga on the beach. Very peaceful day. Just me and the sound of ocean waves crashing to the shore. I plan to spend today in the same manner. This is my favorite time of year. No tourists around. Just me and the beach.

I always see this little guy when I am walking to the local grocery store. He's shy!
