Damn, I really have to do better at this.

I've been all over thanks to my bit of good news....I've got a job! And an offical salaried/insured job at that. There was one hitch, though. My boss told me my salary. I said it was an insult and he must think me an idiot if he thought I would take it and I stormed out. Then I went back and said, "Sorry Dad, whatever you say."

Yup, I'm working for my family. It's what I wanted to do, but sometimes I feel stuck.

Speaking of, my Dad had an emergency appendectomy last night. They caught it early, but it scared the hell out of us. He's not a young guy anymore. The weird thing is he usually has to be dragged kicking and screaming to see a doctor, but he went without protest. I guess that is what worried us.

I'm headed over to visit him right now. Ciao.
