If this offends anyone who reads it, I don't apologize but MAN I FUCKIN' HATE PEOPLE WHO COLLECT ACTION FIGURES AND THAT DORKY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY MAKE MY LIFE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, really, I have no reason to be throwing stones 'cuz, honestly, I watch Godzilla movies... so I'm a dork as it stands, but fuckin' COME ON!!!!
They call, they ask assanine (sp?) questions and they HOUND my fuckin' store like we're selling Viagra and they're 50 year-old suburban guys... FUCK!!!!!!!!!
But, the good news is that my goth dream girl is working today and she walked past my store at, like, 3 o'clock... and of course I didn't say shit cuz I'm a coward.
Just finished reading Matheson's HELL HOUSE.
Books don't usually creep me out but this one got to me a bit while reading it late at night.
Now I gotta see the movie.
Now I'm reading Robert Bloch's LORI... only two chapters into it and it ROCKS!!!!!!!
Checked out TAXI DRIVER from the library tonight (never seen it).
Next up is Philip K. Dick's SIMULACRA and Barker's THIEF OF ALWAYS and possibly the other ABARAT books.
Also, learned how to use my iPod in my car so I'm rocking out to every CD I own in the car...
They just announced fucking THROWDOWN is coming to St. Louis on March 12th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's gonna be at the small-ass, smokey, skeezy Creepy Crawl, too!
last time I saw Throwdown was with Lamb of God & Fear Factory at Pop's and they were AMAZING! Even did a Sepultura cover!
Got my plane ticket to go see Molly.
March 14th - 17th in Monaseen, PA. and I even get to sit in on her classes at the Tom Savini School for make-up FX.
I'll post pics from that and from the Pro-Pain show sooooon...
Can't fuckin' wait to see Molly, though.
She'll give me massages and drink me under the table... what a woman!
Watched W.S. Burroughs' COMMISSIONER OF SEWERS and it rocked!!!!!!
A MUST for any writer... it's all interviews, art work, and readings by Burroughs and, dammit, if it weren't for Burroughs and Hemingway... Honestly, I would not be the man I am today... or the writer I am to say the least...
On page 80 of my 4th screenplay.
Gonna finish it before Pro-Pain.
Then it's on to the 3rd novel and that thing is practically written.
Well, this is all pretty boring shit!
Just homework, working, reading, writing my script, and waiting for my show dates to arrive so I can leave my apartment or leave St. Louis and rock out for 5 or 6 hours and then return sweaty, hungry and tired as hell...
