I live right at the spot the oil spill is hitting. Me and alot of my friends are trying to help. My friends are helping clean it up, but I can not go outside during daylight hours for risk of getting really sick and going to the hospital. It is really bad the endangered species of the sea turtle and manatee's are really suffering for this. There is no plan to relocate them as of yet. That is what I am trying to work on. So far no avail yet.

well we shoot Friday night then I just need to do whatever editing and such so I hope sometime Saturday or Sunday but Fathers Day stuff might delay that a bit lol... hard to tell the family that SG comes first! lol did I just say that? hahah

I never heard of Jay Reatard until just now. I like some of his songs, and he seems to have been pretty charismatic. Seems like there is often a mixture of sadness, guilt, and confusion when drugs/alcohol take somebody you know personally. Its usually not worth it, and there's rarely anything that could've been done, but it comes anyway.

in America you should be able to protest and also work in law enforcement - that is an expression of one of the freedoms that we enjoy. So, good for you for doing it, and if it holds you back in any way, fight it with all you are worth (and post here so you can gain support).
