That really great to hear that - and you're absolutely right, hopefully he'll be man enough to grow up. Six weeks is an excelent time frame too, it's plenty of time to get his head around the prospect of losing his son for the next twenty years... I'm sure he realises though, what he's in for. It's impressive too, that he agreed to psychiatry, he probably had a lot of personal pride to overcome. He has an equally hard road ahead of him, as your sister does. Change is difficult, and so is coming to terms with someone elses downfalls. I feel for her, and him, and you as well. I hope all goes well, I'm definitely thinking of ya xo

Dark Tranquillity were easily EASILY in the top 5 aussie gigs ive ever seen. their live show was simply electric! the crowd was giving them so much energy and you could really tell on the faces and in the reactions of the band members that they were having a hellova time too. i ran into the bass player at the poker tables at the casino later that night too!! he was so thankful to play infront of Perth for his first australian gig, said it was one of the best small venue (ie: <1000 ppl) gigs hes played in some time.

yeah if your not to car mechanil or electric moinded it can be a bit hard, and depending on what kind of car it depends on how easy it is to, how frequently it will contuine to break etc. ie. if its anysort of mitsu magna its easy as heel and will break at least every 6 months, lol.
Maybe see if you can watch the guy test it etc, that way you may be a bit better off next time.
and on the upside at least you didnt pay 3k for repairs/upgrades and find the engine they have put in has mud intead of coolent

Yay, so my drawing is underway. She said it would take at least 10 hours to draw it so I have to go back in a fortnight or so to see the progress and make any final adjustments. So I guess it will be something like another 6-8 weeks before I get it done

ahh i think all cars are packing it in at the moment. i have just forked out $1400 for mine.. clutch plates and whatnot plus a general (badly overdue) service.
as far as the gym. i joined fitness first in Jan. I went reguarly for a month then stopped kinda. i have only just started back (after paying ridiculous gym fees) and i hate it.. but i feel so good afterwards!
i normally just do 30-45 mins on the cross trainer (with my iPod.. i couldnt survive if i couldnt listen to my own music!) and i have a gym playlist with all my favourite songs that inspire me to get a great body. Def Leppards "Pour Some Sugar on Me" is a must and appears three times... it really makes me want a pole dancing/stripper worthy body! haha!
Does your gym do classes? i did a pump class the other day.. tiring but really awesome. apparently if you do one of those three times a week your body totally transforms!
i too want a half sleeve... badly. i am going to wait till winter though.. so i can be sure i want it enough and know what i want exactly.

You should TOTALLY try Pure health clubs. Just fucking awesome classes: pilates, yoga, bouncing on mini trampolines, dance classes. It just makes it all fun. AND I didn't even do much and toned up heaps, with one class a week over 8 weeks!! Craziness. Anyway, it makes it fun and interesting.
