As for the ad - I hate it when people don't remove their ads when the room is taken. So you call up and they get all narky at you because the room was taken 5 days ago. Well here's a tip cocksmoker - REMOVE YOUR AD then you won't get phone calls.
Works for both the enquirer and advertiser. People are just stupid in general unfortunately.
