I meant to say before- you're the first person I know to use "butthurting." These radio personalities in DC, The Junkies (short for "Sports Junkies," which they were at first; I guess they dropped the "Sports" to not scare off people who hate sports), would use it (with a slight delay in the enunciation, it seemed- like "butthur...ting") and I thought they used it as slang to denote someone sucking at something.

I don't believe this bird actually did that! In related news, today I fed a cat, ducks, and saved a fly's life, all the while wondering why I didn't just swat it. I'm dumb that way.

Shit. I think we actually have a PBR. The one beer in our fridge left over from roommates gone by.

I find radio pretty bad... although driving to Gadget's first rollerderby I picked up a hellagreat station in Philly. They played lots of indie rock... I forget most but I know Calexico and Bruce Cockburn were in there. It was a bracing change from oldies and rock radio in Wash DC.

Last few weeks in DC, I was playing the bluegrass station a lot. Country music was good before like 1950.

Yeah, I sugked at bowling again! And man, my finger hurts even like right now- it feels all HOT and sore... and it's pretty f-ing cold in here.
I would sugk WAy worse at golf. I had one good 9 holes in my life, but that was in 1993, I think. I don't think I've touched a club since 2004, and not much before that.

As much as I love arguing I really hate this class and I'm not incredibly thrilled about this project either , so it wouldn't be much of an argument. I am one of those people who is (perhaps excessively) skeptical about everything. Social psych research is one of the things I almost never "buy into" the results of (although sometimes the information can be interesting if taken with a grain of salt). This is a silly graduation requirement project that is more about learning statistics than doing real research. Additionally, it is a group porject and probably not what I would have done if I got to choose on my own.

i liked the small kids being creepy on the internet, hence my current "sign". i have a screensaver of it too!

are you barkening next weekend (the 9th)? i'll have custody of the family dog for five days and she needs an outing.

The swap meet I referred to is actually two things - one, the SG Swap Meet Group, and two, my moms' group does a baby clothes/toys swap. Do you think there'd be enough interested to do an SGCO Swap Meet? I'll post on the list... hmm
