Lately I’ve been transitioning over to the vegan/vegetarian life style but it’s so hard! Someone help. 😭😭😭


I cut dairy and cheese out my life but eggs are everything!

I tried going full vegan before, but i couldn't make it work as far as health/energy. Now I eat fish and dairy, but no other meat. So my advice is find out what works for you and don't be too concerned about fitting perfectly into a specific category. (But if you're doing eggs but no meat, technically that's vegetarian anyway).
