I got my ass whipped by the heat the other day...I turned an 8 mile run into a 5miller...I just overheated... blackeyed



I shaved my head in an attemp to get more tempodynamic(new word).... biggrin

We need some of your heat up here. There was actually a few snow flakes whirling in the air earlier today--they did not last long. I keep putting off my long bike because of the cool weather.

I'll give your tripping suggestion a try--just blame the tree roots. wink
