Got up this morning at 6am(slept in), and made a trash run. I take my trash to my old apt complex...I'm too cheap to pay $20 a month for one pick up a week...that would be 4 pick ups that each take about 35 - 45 sec, plus a fraction of the drive time split up between the total #of houses serviced...let's just say 5min...so that works out to about 4x6min(24min).... thats $50/hr....man I should change my line of work... 
went to the pool and did 30 laps real slow...but I'm always slow in the am.
took my cats to petsmart to try to get adopted...I got there 10min early and had to wait 30min for the people running the show to show up...I was a little ...I have now decided to just show up 30 min late from now on at these events....
Picked my cats up and went home...I saw the weather was nice so I decided to do my bike ride outdoors today...Just as I was about ready to leave I decided to check the weather...and the forecast called for 20+mph winds...I started to put my bike in the trainer and then I had a little self talk..." look you big pussy what are you going to do on race day if it is windy...not ride?...now get your pansy ass on the bike and get out the door"...after this I headed out the door and went on my ride...and it was windy and I was slow...if given the choice I would rather bike up hill with no wind than bike down hill with a head wind...today I did not have the choice...I had to bike up and down hill with a head wind...
got back from my bike and went to the mall and bought a PJ Harvey CD...she kicks ass
...also saw a few hottie freak chics at the mall...they were all young and I should feel bad for the things I was thinking, but I don't... 
Now I'm just sitting back with a few cold ones...
