Last night I did a 25 mile bike ride indoors on my trainer and I felt good at the end...this is one of the cool things about working out: the same distance that seem to kick your ass last week or last month now becomes easy and then you bump up the distance and start over again.
After I got done I went to the store to get a few beers (reward for a good ride) it was around 7:45pm and I felt like I might stay up late b/c I felt so awake at the time. I got home had some chicken stuffed pasta (store bought) and 2 beers, by the time 9pm rolled around I could hardly keep my eyes open so I decided to hit the hay. I purposefully did not set an alarm clock...b/c as another reward for my good bike ride I decided to sleep until I got up. I got up at 6:30am this morning...I am such a bum.
Today I have to swim 1500yrds and then later today...most likely tonight I have another 25mile indoor bike.
If ever you want to get into some kind of endurance sport (marathon running, triathlon-Olympic distance or better, ultra running) I would say to you don't: it is very addictive and training takes up such a huge part of your life that you really don't have one outside training.

How many miles per event is it?
For running, swimming, biking?
I can't remember.
I am assuming you aren't doing the Sprint one, because you are already biking and swimming further than those distances.
Which one are you training to do?
You are already at the Olympic one, so I am also guessing it's not that one.
