fourth...I imagine there are many many many things out there that are carcinogenic. the question is, to what degree and with what risk? I don't have stats of any sort, but I imagine the degrees of risk range from the miniscule to the mountainous and that there is a cut off level where the FDA or whomever say enough is enough, so I wonder to what degree and risk chemicals in decaf are carcinogenic.
